This Privacy Policy protects personal data by regulating NS Systems' use of the information that you provide when communicating and buying from NS System A/S. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to establish clear guidelines for NS System's way of processing data.
When entering into agreementswith NS System, we register the customer information necessary to handle theorder. Be it name, address and telephone number of the company as well as thecompany’s e-mail and/or contact person. The legal basis for the data processingis Article 6(1) of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.
When registering, you may also consent to us informing you about products and services via e-news. If you have not previously objected to us using personal data (e-mail) for marketing purposes, you may change your mind and do so at any time by writing to us at: support@nssystem.com
Personal data received fromcustomers are deleted no later than 6 years after the last contact, unlessthere are special circumstances that justify longer retention. Unless it violates legal storage requirements, you may at any time request the deletion of your personal data as long as we do not need the data to perform an agreement with you.
As part of the training of our customer service staff, we want to record telephone conversations. Please note that an interview will be recorded and, according to law, it is possible to refuse recording (press 3). Telephone conversations where there is consent to recording are stored for a maximum of 3 months. As with other personal data, consent can be withdrawn at any time, after which we delete the conversation.
We send out surveys and use the information to improve our services and products. In case you do not wish to participate in our surveys, you can opt out by clicking a link at the bottom of the survey. Personal data will be anonymized after 3 years of participant inactivity. The anonymized data is stored for statistical purposes. Upon request, personal data will be anonymized within 30 days, while comments and answers will be deleted no later than 60 days after receipt of the request.
NS System implements the necessary technical and organisational security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost or corrupted, and to prevent the data from being disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in breach of the Act on processing of personal data. In this regard we use secure connections (HTTPS, VPN, etc.) for all online communication.
In order to serve our customers, we exchange personal data with our business partners. Personal data will be disclosed to other data processors in connection with the operation of our IT systems, hosting of our webshop, using an external carrier and other trade/interaction with business partners, where this is deemed necessary to comply with legislation or to provide a desired service.
This process may result in sending personal data across international borders. However, we have taken appropriate steps to ensure the same level of protection in connection with the processing of data in these countries as is applicable in the European Economic Area.
